Q: Can I place my order online?

A: Since all of our services are customized for each customer, it would be impossible to have a standard online shopping cart. You can correspond via email, fax or phone and place your order that way. We can email your invoice and accept online payments through Paypal.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept checks, money orders, VISA, Mastercard, Discover at the office. We accept online payments through Paypal. We also accept company purchase orders for established accounts.

Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: We use standard UPS ground for most shipments, we may at our discretion use Priority Mail for smaller orders. Express shipping through UPS is available for an additional cost.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Most orders are ready and shipped within 5 business days. Some orders may take longer due to quantity ordered, or if artwork requires additional time to prepare.

Q: Is Rush service available?

A: Sometimes we can provide 24 hour turnaround on orders. There is a $25 Rush Service Fee. If you need Rush Service please call us to see if we can accommodate you.

Q: Can my company logo be reproduced on my order?

A: Generally, yes. It depends on what you are ordering, the size and the complexity of the logo. Email us your idea along with your logo and we will tell you if we can use it.

Q: If I order several items can I get a discount?

A: It depends on the item ordered. Email or call us with your specific item and quantity. We will tell you if a discount is available for that item.

Q: What is the difference between reverse and surface engraving?

A: Surface engraving is just what it sounds like. The engraving is done on the surface of the item being engraved leaving a indentation which shows a second color. Reverse engraving is done on the back side of the material which is clear on the surface. It engraved text is done in a mirror writing so that when viewed from the front it is readable. The engraved indentation is then filled with paint of a contrasting color.

Q: What sizes of signs or tags can be engraved?

A: Any size from 1/2 inch x 1 inch to 8 inch x 12 inch in engraved plastic. We also do various sizes of stainless steel and aluminum tags. Call or email us for your specific needs.

Q: Can my engraved sign be hung outside?

A: Yes, you can hang your sign outside. Please let us know if you are going to use the sign outside since we can use special material that has UV protectant in it.

Q: How can I mount my engraved sign on the wall?

A: There are many options available for mounting engraved signs. There are specially made brackets for holding signs, we can make mounting holes in the corners, apply double sided tape to the back, or apply full magnetic material on the back if being hung on metal.

Q: Can I order bilingual or ADA compliant signs?

A: Yes, you must furnish both languages on the bilingual signs. ADA compliant signs are custom made and require additional production time.

Q: I need a sign with multiple colors, can that be done?

A: Yes, we specialize in full-color signs such as evacuation plans. Call or email us for details.
